James, an Approved Auditor, has extensive Auditing and Compliance experience in Real Estate for Independent Agencies, Franchisees and Franchisors.

He is passionate about Real Estate and advising Real Estate Agencies how to plan for growth and achieve targets in what is increasingly a very competitive market.

James has a wide range of experience in audit and compliance, business sale / purchase and transaction due diligence, growth planning, forensic investigations / compliance training, restructuring and performance improvement from small to multi-national organisations. He has undertaken independent assessments on behalf of stakeholders, assessed/developed business plans, undertaken due diligence assignments as well as designed and implemented solutions to improve performance and effect business turnaround.

James’ professional approach stems from a diversity of experience having worked with clients in many sectors including residential and commercial real estate, listed property funds management, shipping, retail, consumer markets, telecommunications, health care, IT and mining.

Prior to leading NDC, James worked in KPMG’s Restructuring Practice in both New York and Melbourne during the global financial crisis. At KPMG, James played a lead role in the successful debt restructuring of Centro Properties Group, one of the largest and most complex restructurings completed globally during the financial crisis.
